2017 Highway Bridge Transportation Law
This book is a compilation of statutes that are most commonly used by NDOT. This book does not include all statutes applicable to NDOT’s business. Please go to http://uniweb.legislature.ne.gov/laws/laws.php to search all state statutes. This book includes the 2017 changes related to NDOR becoming NDOT as of July 1, 2017. These statutes may be changed by future Legislatures. Future statutory changes are expected to be periodically updated in separate supplements to this book.
