• Support Ticket Summary - This is a summary of Engineering Support tickets received from Engineering Software users.  This is available here to share some of the problems and solutions that would benefit most users.

Online Training

• Bentley Learn - is an online training solution which offers on-demand self-study courses. You must have a Bentley Learn account and password to proceed to the following training links. 
  
  • Please click on the green 'Take Tour' button on the home screen, and review the eight videos in section '01 - Using the Learn Server'.

• ProjectWise - is a project collaboration interface, which helps our design teams manage, share, and distribute engineering project documents.
  
  • On ‘My Learning Paths’ click on ‘NDOR ProjectWise Training Video’.

• MicroStation - is a desktop 2D / 3D design and drafting platform.
  
  • Under ‘My Learning Paths’ click on ‘View All and Manage’ find ‘NDOR MicroStation Basics’.

• PowerGeopak - is a combination of MicroStation plus Geopak, Bentley's Civil Engineering software.
  
  • Click on the orange ‘Find Training’ button.  In the ‘Product Line’ column, click on ‘OpenRoads’.  Find ‘OpenRoads Designer’ and expand the courses.  Start by selecting ‘Getting Started with OpenRoads Designer’.

  • Search all fields for MicroStation.
