These systems include Fuel System and EAMS (Lucity) Asset Management.

Fuel System

The NDOT Fuel System Team manages the Fleet credit card for all State of Nebraska agencies, and provides fuel procurement and billing support to NDOT facilities statewide.

Fleet Card 
US Bank Voyager is the current Fleet credit card provider, under contract managed by Nebraska State Treasurer.
E-15 and E-85 providers can be located using the Voyager Merchant Locator by filtering for Ethanol.

Services provided by calling the 24/7 Voyager Hotline include:

  • Blocked card verification – call to get fuel when card has been blocked at the pump.
  • Roadside assistance

 

NDOT Fuel System
Fuel is provided at many NDOT facilities. To view the fuel type, users can use the NDOT Operations Directory, or the online Fuel Map.

NDOT Fuel System is managed using the Gasboy Fuel Management System.

  • NDOT 108:  NDOT Fuel Procurement Form – For bulk fuel procurement
  • NDOT 261:  NDOT Weekly Fuel Log – For use when electronic recording is unavailable
  • NDOT 268:  Tank Inventory Record – For use at yards with underground tanks

 

Asset Management - EAMS (Lucity)

EAMS (Lucity) is the Asset Management software used by NDOT Operations for Facilities, Fleet, and ITS. 
If you have an issue, please report it in Service Portal as a "NDOT Operations Applications Incident."
