About the Innovation Challenge

We know that every year, all across the state, NDOT employees are going above and beyond in their jobs. Whether it's a Maintenance Tech finding a fix for a common issue, or a NEPA Specialist streamlining a process, we want to hear about it! It doesn't matter how small it may seem; if it made an impact and improved NDOT in some way, submit it!

The Innovation Challenge is one of many tactics identified by the 3E Team at NDOT.
