TRU Engagement
Engagement Statement:
Teammate engagement is the emotional and behavioral connection between you and the agency. This emotion fuels motivation and enthusiasm, promotes active participation in the workplace, and aligns personal and agency goals for positive outcomes.
Engaged teammates feel a sense of pride in their work. They are empowered, dedicated, and willing to go above and beyond. They are emotionally invested and committed because they care for the agency and fellow teammates.
We see engagement throughout the agency when teammates:
- take on new challenging projects with excitement
- get together to collaborate
- spend time mentoring others
- devote their time to serve the citizens of Nebraska everyday
Employee engagement isn't an event, it's a culture, and it affects each and every one of us everyday. What does engagement look like for you?
