The UC Technology Team supports NDOT in the following areas:
- Collaboration (video conferencing hardware and software, teleconferencing, chat, etc.)
- Communication (desk phone. soft phone. cellular phone. tablet. voicemail. fax. mass notification. etc.)
- Connectivity (networking, data circuits, modems, security, etc.)
To ensure we can provide efficient and timely service to everyone, please use Service Portal to order services and report incidents:

If NDOT Service Desk is closed or not available, the message will provide for the following actions:
- Press #1 and the call will be transferred to OCIO 24/7 Support line.
On-call analyst will only be called for major outages or high priority conditions. - Press #2 to leave a detailed description which will be addressed by the first available coordinator.
